Sidewinder 360°

These are awesome! Super easy and quick to put on with Star Grip's air gun. You can easily take the grips on and off to experiment with more or less tape. I went with two 1/4 strips at the start of the grip and then one long tape to the butt end. This took a lot of the taper out, which is my preference. For people coming over from Golf Pride, like myself, I'd describe these as a mix between the Tour Velvets and Tour Wrap 2Gs. They have the design and shape of the velvets with the tackiness of the Tour Wrap 2Gs.

Be mindful of the weight differences for some of the colors. I ended up going with the white grips (heavier) in my wedges and woods and gray grips (lighter) in my irons. I like having more weight in the handle for those clubs, just a personal preference.

Overall, very satisfied, and I'm looking forward to getting another set for my other clubs soon!

3 handicap. First time out with the new grips. Just played nine holes with the midsize on the first nice day in Kentucky in weeks. I can’t say enough good things about STAR Golf Grips. These grips are just awesome—comfort, control, and consistency all in one. The tapeless installation is a game changer. I keep two full sets, so mid-season I can swap them out, wash the used ones, and they’re good as new. No mess, no hassle.

Another huge advantage is how easy it is to experiment with build-up configurations. I played around with adding a single layer under my upper hand, and the difference was night and day. That tweak helped me get my handicap down to scratch, and now I’m consistently shooting just a couple strokes over par.

After 10+ years of heavy use (including several years of competitive golf) with Pure Grips (same grip as Star Grips I believe) I finally decided to regrip all my clubs. The Pure Grips were still in great shape, but I wanted to switch from a midsize grip to a standard grip. The Star Grips are tacky, and firm enough for good feel and responsiveness. I dislike thicker, bubble wrap grips, because those grips reduce my clubface awareness. Bought these with a discount code, so much cheaper than Golf Pride grips. Shipping was fast. Had the grips installed at PGA Tour Superstore with 2 wraps under the top hand, and 3 wraps under the bottom hand. Love them.

I couldn’t be happier with the Star Grip Sidewinder 360 grips. The midsize fits perfectly, and the tacky, comfortable feel really stands out both on the course and at the range. After two full rounds and multiple practice sessions, they’ve proven to be durable and consistent, giving me great confidence with every swing.
